The issue has been identified and impacted notifications are being reprocessed. Delivery of the previously undelivered messages is expected to complete in the next 2 to 3 hours. We will provide a confirmation once this is completed.

Investigating -
We have identified an issue intermittently affecting our Notification Service that is causing a portion of webhook notifications for Job status updates to fail to deliver.
Job processing remains unaffected, however clients relying on status updates being delivered through webhook updates will be impacted.
Our team is actively investigating the root cause and evaluating the best course of action.
We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause.
